There are ~400k millennial South Asian American women and 10% of them are in the Little Brown Diary network. As the admin of our active Facebook group, I’ve fostered its growth entirely through word of mouth while adding structure and moderation to maintain its impact. I’ve seen members support each other through career transitions, escape domestic violence, and access mental health resources. With over 41k members and 127 niche subgroups, there's really a place for everyone here.

Moms in Tech is a volunteer led community that support working mothers balancing personal and professional responsibilities in the tech industry. As Head of Editorial Programming, I find new ways to enhance our community’s access to educational resources about everything from the mundane (financial planning webinars) to the magical (executive coaching and mental health support).

As course mentor and Head of GTM Operations, I support the WDAI mission to level the playing field for women and non-binary individuals by closing the technology gap at work, starting with GenAI.
